Ecosystem governance and development direction

The plan allows contributors to suggest product directions, community solutions, service improvements and ecosystem rules, and later vote with Yunhui Ecosystem Rights under approved weighting rules.

Voting requires authenticated identity, a defined proposal and version, eligibility checks, idempotent duplicate prevention and verifiable, traceable audit records.

Governance voting is not live. No invented vote counts or success receipts are displayed.
