Fees and renewal

Development, subscription, usage, third-party and maintenance costs are agreed separately. Subscription management does not authorize automatic debit.

User responsibilities

Provide lawful, authorized inputs; protect account access; review important outputs and comply with third-party platform rules.

Suspension, export and termination

Service suspension, data export, retention and termination follow the proposal, contract and applicable law.

Agreement updates

Material changes show the update date and follow the notice or renewed-consent process required by law.
