Actual credit is limited by the available balance, verified eligibility and contract. Service credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred or traded. Spent credit is not replenished and does not generate new rights.
Each rights-value point from eligible ordinary contributions includes a one-time CNY 500 service credit. Rights gifted with purchased service packages do not include this additional CNY 500. Purchased service allowances follow the order and are tracked separately from gifted credit.
