The highest tier whose original development price and rights-value holding thresholds are both met applies. Original development pricing is calculated before discounts and service credit, excluding third-party costs; discounts and credit do not reduce that original price.
Distribution follows the effective contract and verified eligible net profit, rather than quoted project fees or forecast sales. No fixed return is promised.
