Renewal requires authorization
Subscription management does not authorize a debit. Show the amount, period and funding source; automatic renewal needs explicit consent and cancellation controls.
Stop and export
Explain restrictions, retention, exportable data and restoration conditions before shutdown. Specific arrangements are agreed in the service contract.
