Separate the types of work
Define rights and maintenance for shared capabilities, private extensions and tenant configuration. Buying a service does not automatically grant all source code.
Reuse requires rights
Only contract-permitted, productized capabilities may serve others. Raw customer data, commercial secrets and credentials are not made public with a module.
