Direct referral partnership
The Yunhui partner design uses 30% of eligible gross profit for direct referrals; actual partnerships require an agreement and verified settlement conditions. Deposits and unused prepayments do not qualify; unknown costs remain pending.
Development and maintenance
Agree scope, acceptance, compensation and rights separately. Yunhui Ecosystem Rights, compensation and prepaid service balances remain distinct.
